The Challenge
Founded in 1982 Sherry FitzGerald is Ireland's largest real estate agent. With years of experience and success, the business has huge empathy for their clients while they are in the buying and selling process, it can be a confusing and daunting task for anyone. Sherry FitzGerald as a trusted advisor wanted to create an innovative online platform to deliver a full CX experience that helped their clients through every step of the process. Sherry FitzGerald agents will still have a huge human touch part to play in the process so whilst it was important to create a platform that is powered by people and enabled by technology, the system needed to allow clients to self-service at certain times and also allow agents to add value at other points. The overall objective of the project was to empathise with and help users along a complicated buying and selling process.
Process
I created my own version of the double diamond process, which covered everything from UX Discovery, UI, right through to delivery and continuous improvement.
